Common use of Meter and Cabling Clause in Contracts

Meter and Cabling. be obliged to draw electric lines/wires, television cables, broadband data cables and telephone cables to the Said Apartment only through the ducts and pipes provided therefor, ensuring that no inconvenience is caused to the Promoter or to the other apartment owners. The main electric meter shall be installed only at the common meter space in the Said Complex. The Allottee shall under no circumstances be entitled to affix, draw or string wires, cables or pipes from, to or through any part or portion of the Said Building, the Said Property, and outside walls of the Said Building save in the manner indicated by the Promoter/the Facility Manager/the Association (upon formation). The Promoter shall endeavor to provide T.V. cable line or DTH connection with cabling but set top boxes shall have to be purchased by the Allottee.
