Common use of Meter and Cabling Clause in Contracts

Meter and Cabling. be obliged to draw the electric lines/wires, television/DTH cables, broadband data cables and telephone cables to the Said Flat only through the ducts and pipes provided therefore, ensuring that no inconvenience is caused to the Owners/Developers or to the other co-Owners of the Said building. The main electric meter shall be installed only at the common meter space in the Said building. The Purchaser shall under no circumstances be entitled to affix, draw or string wires, cables or pipes from, to or through any part or portion of the Said building, outside walls of the Said building save in the manner indicated by the Developer or the Association (upon formation).
