Metering of Delivery. Seller shall measure the amount of Energy supplied to Buyer at the Point of Delivery using a commercially available revenue grade metering system. Such meter shall be installed and maintained at Seller's cost. Buyer shall cooperate with Seller to enable Seller to have reasonable access to the meter as needed to inspect, repair and maintain such meter.
