Metering Point Clause Samples

Metering Point. Specific Operating Committee duties and responsibilities shall be defined in the PPA. The Parties agree that the meter point shall be on Buyer’s 13.8kV or 35.5kV bus directly adjacent to Buyer’s 34.5kV distribution transformer (the “Metering Point”).

Metering Point. The Metering Point is as indicated in diagram below:

Metering Point the place on the gas pipeline with installed measuring instruments for measuring the gas quantity that passes through the cross-section of the gas pipeline. Upon the existence of an instrument for measuring the natural gas quantity (as the meter’s sub-assembly or as a separate measuring instrument), it is deemed that the conversion of the natural gas quantity to agreed conditions takes place at the metering point.

Metering Point. The on-grid and off-grid electric quantity metering points of Party B are located: (1) at the point on the outgoing line of switch 161 of Party B’s 110KV Puxiaofu north line.

Metering Point. I&M shall, at its sole cost, install, own, operate and maintain or cause to be installed, owned, operated and maintained by, as the case may be, the following metering equipment: Olive-Green Acres Metering Point: 345 kV metering equipment installed at I&M’s Olive 345 kV Station for the Olive-Green Acres Interconnection Point (see Figure 1, Appendix I). Olive-University Park North Metering Point: 345 kV metering equipment installed at I&M’s Olive 345 kV Station for the Olive-University Park North Interconnection Point (see Figure 2, Appendix I).

Metering Point. The Metering Points for metering and recording the on-grid electricity output and from-grid electricity output shall be installed at the following points (details of which are set out in Appendix II): (1) beside 35KV line of Husahe Cascade III power station (2) Side outgoing line of ▇▇.▇, ▇▇.▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Transformer (3) Husahe Cascade IV —Huiliu Power Station

Metering Point. The Metering Point shall be at a location on, or close to, the City-Developed North City Expansion Project shared property line with the North City Cogeneration Facility pursuant to the City-Developed North City Expansion Project Scope of Work.

Metering Point. The Parties agree that the meter shall be at the connection point to a 69kV or 138kV or higher power line (the “Metering Point”).

Metering Point. The on-grid and off-grid electric quantity metering points are located at the property demarcation points between the Station and the grid, i.e. the switch 301 and the switch 302 in Liexi transformer station. The diagram indicating the metering points at the gateways is attached as Schedule 1.
