Metering Requirements. Electricity transferred to the transmission system shall be measured by electric watt-hour meters of a type approved by the Public Service Commission of the State of New York. The meter and installation costs shall be borne by AG-Energy, L.P.. The meters shall be maintained with the rules set forth in 16 NYCRR Part 92.
