Common use of Metering Clause in Contracts

Metering. The interconnection customer shall be responsible for the cost to purchase, install, operate, maintain, test, repair, and replace metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 5 and 6 of this Agreement.

Metering. The interconnection customer Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the cost to of the purchase, installinstallation, operateoperation, maintainmaintenance, testtesting, repair, and replace replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 5 and 6 of this Agreement.

Metering. Metering. The interconnection customer member-consumer shall be responsible for the cost to purchase, install, operate, maintain, test, repair, and replace metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 5 and 6 of this Agreement.

Metering. The interconnection customer member-owner shall be responsible for the cost to purchase, install, operate, maintain, test, repair, and replace metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 5 and 6 of this Agreement.

Metering. Metering. All required communication for metering is the responsibility of the interconnecting customer. Utility has claim to the accuracy or responsibility of operation for the generation metering.
