Method; Address. All communications under this Agreement or under the Bonds will be in writing, will be delivered (i) personally; (ii) by overnight courier; or (iii) sent by facsimile transmission, acknowledgment received, with a copy sent by first class mail; in each case, delivery or facsimile charges prepaid, and will be addressed: (i) If to the Company: New Mexico Utilities, Inc. One Wilshire Building ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Attention: Chief Financial Officer FAX: (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or at such other address as the Company shall have furnished in writing to the Trustee and all holders of the Bonds at the time Outstanding: (ii) if to any of the holders of the Bonds: (A) if such holder is the Purchaser, at its address set forth on Annex 1 hereto, and further including any parties referred to on such Annex 1 that are required to receive notices in addition to such holder of the Bonds, or to any such party at such other address as such party may designate by notice duly given to the Company and to the Trustee in the manner provided in this Section 8.1 (which other address shall be entered in the Bond register); and (B) If such holder is not the Purchaser, at its address set forth in the register for the registration and transfer of Bonds maintained pursuant to Section 11.02 of the Indenture, or to any such party at such other address as such party may designate by notice duly given in the manner provided in this Section 8.1 to the Company and to the Trustee (which other address shall be entered in such register).
