Method for Disapproval. Any disapproval by Landlord or Tenant shall be accompanied by a written statement of the disapproved item, the reasons for disapproval, and the specific changes required to make the item acceptable. If a party’s written notice of disapproval is not delivered in accordance with the time limits and standards set forth in this section, approval shall be deemed given.

  • TERMINATION FOR PUBLIC CONVENIENCE Enterprise Services, for public convenience, may terminate this Contract; Provided, however, that such termination for public convenience must, in Enterprise Services’ judgment, be in the best interest of the State of Washington; and Provided further, that such termination for public convenience shall only be effective upon sixty (60) calendar days prior written notice; and Provided further, that such termination for public convenience shall not relieve any Purchaser from payment for Services already ordered as of the effective date of such notice.   • Notice of Change in Control The Company will, within five Business Days after any Responsible Officer has knowledge of the occurrence of any Change in Control, give written notice of such Change in Control to each holder of Notes. Such notice shall contain and constitute an offer to prepay Notes as described in subparagraph (b) of this Section 8.8 and shall be accompanied by the certificate described in subparagraph (e) of this Section 8.8.
