Method of Accrual. All full-time administrators shall earn sick leave at the rate of twenty (20) days for each year of service in the employ of the School District. Annual sick leave shall accrue in a lump sum on the first day of work in the new fiscal year. If an administrator leaves the employ of District 877 and has used more sick leave than he/she has earned, the excess shall be repaid to the District.
