Method of Amendment Clause Samples

Method of Amendment. This Agreement may be amended in writing at any time by the Trustees, provided any amendment is ratified by the Association and the Board of Education.

Method of Amendment. This Trust Agreement may be altered or amended, at any time, in whole or in part, provided that (i) any such alteration or amendment shall not become effective until consented to by the Trustees in writing and approved by a Majority Vote and (ii) no such alteration or amendment shall cause any of the Trust Property to be reconveyed to the Company or cause the Trustees to engage in any activity other than that appropriate for liquidating trustees or prejudice the rights of creditors of the Company.

Method of Amendment. For an amendment that requires the approval of Owners, these Covenants may be amended by any method selected by the Board from time to time, pursuant to the Bylaws, provided the method gives an Owner of each Lot the substance if not exact wording of the proposed amendment, a description of the effect of the proposed amendment, and an opportunity to vote for or against the proposed amendment.

Method of Amendment. Each amendment of the Trust Agreement shall be made by delivery to the Trustee of copies of the amendment and the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company, certified by an officer of the Company. Any amendment which changes the rights, duties or responsibilities of the Trustee shall not be effective without the written consent of the Trustee.

Method of Amendment. No amendments to this Agreement may be made except as approved by the Board of the District and executed by a writing signed and dated by Employer and Employee.
