Method of attachment. ▪ Communications cables shall be affixed by a direct through-bolt. The use of attachment arms, extension arms, stand-off brackets or similar hardware must be approved in advance by CCPUD for each Pole. The use of dead-end attachments for communication wires shall be used at pole locations where CCPUD uses dead-end attachments for wires. The proposed use of attachment arms, extension arms, stand-off brackets or similar hardware by Licensee shall be identified on the Application for Permit and shall not be used to achieve required vertical clearances and separation. ▪ No bolts installed on CCPUD poles for communication attachments shall extend or project more than one (1) inch beyond its nut.
