Method of Giving Notice. All notices, consents, approvals, demands, requests or other communications permitted or required to be given under this Contract shall be given to the party’s representative designated pursuant to the Paragraph 25.4 and shall be in writing. Written notice shall be deemed to have been given when delivered in person; sent by U. S. Mail; or transmitted by fax machine. Mail notices are deemed effective upon receipt or on the third business day after the date of mailing, whichever is sooner. Fax notices are deemed effective the next business day after faxing.
