Common use of Method of Notification Clause in Contracts

Method of Notification. All notices made or required to be given to any party hereto pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent to the address appearing in the preamble to this Agreement by regular U.S. mail, telecopier or overnight courier service. Each of the parties hereto may change its address for service of notice by giving a notice complying with this Section 8 to the other parties hereto.
