All Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided through one or more of the following methods: 1. via text message or email, 2. by access to a web site that we will designate in a text or email notice we send to you at the time the information is available, or 3. to the extent permissible by law, by access to a website that we will generally designate in advance for such purpose. All electronic Communications will be deemed to have been received by you no later than two (2) business days after we send it to you by text message or email or by posting the Communication on our website, whether or not you have received the text message or email or viewed the Communication on PNB’s website. An electronic Communication by text message or email is considered to be sent at the time that our server sends it to the mobile number or email address provided by you. An electronic Communication posted on PNB’s website is considered to be sent at the time it is publicly available. You agree that these are reasonable procedures for sending and receiving electronic Communications. You agree to carefully review all Communications upon receipt or posting.
