Common use of Method of Providing Services Clause in Contracts

Method of Providing Services. It is understood that the Company shall not control the manner or prescribe the method by which the services under this Agreement are to be performed by Consultant. The Consultant will perform services, and may communicate with the Company and other parties, through telephone or video conferences, personal meetings, email, correspondence and such other methods, and at such times, as Consultant may determine, subject to the reasonable convenience of the parties. The Consultant shall not be required to devote a specific or minimum number of hours to the Company's business, and shall allocate such time as is reasonably required to provide, in an effective manner, the services contemplated by this Agreement. Unless requested otherwise by the Company, the Consultant shall communicate with the Company's management through Christian Nigohossian, its P▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
