Method of Taking Leave. (i) Annual leave may be taken in either or both of the following ways: - (a) At a time, and for a period, fixed by the Company where there is an annual close down, provided that, where practical, at least one month's notice is given of the period of close down; or, (b) In periods of not less than one week, provided that the employee seeks the agreement of the Company at least one week before commencing the period of annual leave. (ii) Where an employee has a credit of annual leave remaining 18 months after the credit of leave in question accrued, the Company shall require the employee to take annual leave until the outstanding credit is exhausted.
