Method of Taking Leave. a) Where annual leave is proposed to be given and taken during the Christmas and New Year holidays. The Company will consult with its Employees no later than 31 October in each year in order to fix the commencing and finishing dates for the forthcoming Christmas - New Year period of leave. b) Where no agreement can be reached between the Company and its Employees, the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure of this Agreement.
