Method of Transmittal. All notices, demands and requests required to be in writing must be sent by United States certified or registered mail, postage fully prepaid, return receipt requested, or by Federal Express or a similar nationally recognized overnight courier service, or by facsimile with a confirmation copy delivered by a nationally recognized overnight courier service. Notice will be considered effective on the earlier to occur of the Business Day of actual receipt or the Business Day at least twenty-four (24) hours after depositing same with the overnight courier service.
