Subject to the Credit Union Incorporation Act and the Electronic Transactions Act, the Board shall determine the method of voting on a Special Resolution, which may include voting by: (a) mail ballot; (b) ballot at a branch office; (c) electronic means; or (d) any combination of the above methods of voting.
