Method Statement. The Engineering and Procurement Contract (EPC) Contractor shall provide a detailed methodology on how he intends to meet the Employer's objectives. The method statement should cover the entire scope of works, highlighting the service provider's understanding of the project requirements detailing from design to construction methods to be adopted. The method statement can be provided as a separate bound document as an annexure to the tender document.
