METHOD STATEMENTS. For the avoidance of doubt, the Specification shall at all times have priority over the Method Statements and the Operator shall be obliged to comply with the Specification and provide the Services in accordance with the Specification. Any changes to the Method Statements may only be made in accordance with the Review Procedure.
METHOD STATEMENTS. 8.1 As an integral part of the tender, the Contractor will have completed and returned all Method Statements, and will have provided any additional items that they consider are relevant to the Contract. 8.2 During Mobilisation the Contractor shall develop, from his tendered Method Statement, a first operational Method Statement and submit it to the Authorised Officer for acceptance not less than two weeks before the starting date.

METHOD STATEMENTS. 37.1 The Contractor shall comply in all respects with the Method Statements in the performance of the Service as the same may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Contractor and the Council.
METHOD STATEMENTS. If the Engineer requires that any Method Statement submitted with the Bid requires revision, then the Contractor will within 28 days of signing the Contract, submit a Revised Method Statement to the Engineer for his Approval. The Contractor shall comply in full with the Engineer's requirements.
METHOD STATEMENTS. Without limiting any requirement in the Contract or this Specification, the Service Provider is required to comply with the Method Statements listed below, as provided by the Service Provider and amended and approved by the Council. Once approved by the Council, the Method Statements shall not be amended without the Council’s prior written approval. Each Method Statement or separately described component, shall be limited to two sides of A4 paper and shall include full details of the processes, resources and systems to be utilised. Any required or desirable interfaces, liaison and monitoring set out elsewhere in these documents must also be described and explanation given of how these will be achieved.
