Methods of Contacting Grantee. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s office shall be open to the public, at a minimum, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. California time, Monday through Friday ("Office Hours"). Grantee shall make available a weekend emergency telephone number. During Office Hours, a representative of Grantee shall be available for communication with the public at Grantee's principal office. Telephone numbers provided to the public for contacting Grantee during Office Hours will either be a local or toll-free telephone number. Grantee shall also maintain a local or toll-free telephone number for contacting Grantee at times outside Office Hours ("After Hours Line"). A representative or answering service shall answer the After Hours Line at all times other than Office Hours. Grantee shall receive and document any complaints or inquiries it received at its office or by telephone call.
