Methods of Cooperation. The Red Cross and ARRL desire to expand their mutually-beneficial relationship to enhance community disaster preparedness and coordinate disaster planning and response activities as follows: Open Communications: Each organization will share current appropriate data regarding disasters, disaster declarations, and changes in regulations, technology and legislation related to communications. The same interaction and liaison will be encouraged at all levels of both organizations, to include all Red Cross chapters, ARRL sections and subordinate levels.
