Contracts up to and including $10,000 - the Grantee is required to obtain price or rate quotations from a reasonable number of sources, but no less than two, and maintain a record of the same in its files. 2. Contracts for more than $10,000 - Competitive Selection: An RFP or RFQ should be broadly publicized. Depending on the subject matter of the contract, notice should be published in local newspapers, newspapers of general circulation, relevant websites, and/or trade or professional publications, as the circumstances warrant. Grantee may also solicit bids from potential contractors directly.
