Common use of Metro Private Line Service Clause in Contracts

Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charges ranging from $2,456.25 to $3,975.62 for Type 1 and Type 2 DS-3 service between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $191.70 per-circuit service at 2 locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charge of $303.30 for DS1 service between 2 mutually agreed upon locations by Customer and Company.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charges ranging from $2,456.25 144 to $3,975.62 3,322 and a non-recurring charge of $0 for Type 1 DS-1 and Type 2 DS-3 service between 2 location Metro Private Line Service at 13 site pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $191.70 per-circuit service at 2 locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charge of $303.30 for DS1 service between 2 mutually agreed upon locations by Customer and Company.
