Microfilming of Project Documents Clause Samples

The "Microfilming of Project Documents" clause authorizes or requires the creation of microfilm copies of important project-related documents. In practice, this means that original paper records such as contracts, drawings, or correspondence may be converted into microfilm format for storage, retrieval, or archival purposes. This clause ensures that essential documentation is preserved in a durable, space-saving medium, thereby protecting against loss or damage of originals and facilitating long-term recordkeeping.
