Mid-Term Progress Report. During the performance of the grant agreement the Recipient must provide a letter-type written report to the AOR, AO, and the AA. The report must include the following: 1. A comparison of actual accomplishments to the objectives established for the period. 2. Where the output of the project can be quantified, a computation of the cost per unit of output. 3. The reasons for slippage if established objectives were not met. The Mid-Term Progress Report should cover all activities through 3/27/2021 and this report must be submitted to the AOR, AO, and the AA via e-mail, no later than 4/15/2021.
