Middle School and High School. Students in Middle School and High School will have the opportunity to access Internet resources for independent instructional-related activities. In order to obtain this privilege, students and parents must sign this form. Any violation of the district's Acceptable Use Policy will result in the immediate loss of all access privileges. This loss of privilege will not preclude or limit other disciplinary action.
Middle School and High School. Counselors employed on or after August 1, 2013, will be a total of fifteen (15) days or 112.5 hours of extended time, which includes but is not limited to such additional time as is required for:

An involuntarily transferred teacher shall have the right to return to the same department at the original building without an interview for the next two (2) school years. The District shall notify the affected teacher of any qualifying vacancies and the teacher shall have forty-eight (48) hours to accept or decline the position.
Middle School and High School. Teachers will have a preparation period each day in the middle school. In the high school, teachers will have a preparation period each day when teaching a non-block schedule as provided in (D)(1)(e)(1) & (2) of this article.
