Manager shall (and shall cause its Affiliates to), until the termination of the Transition Period, reasonably cooperate with Owner and the Successor Owner in carrying out a transition to a replacement manager of the Hotel, subject to limitations on Manager’s or its Affiliates’ obligations to provide information to any such successor manager as set forth in Section 3.3.
