Common use of Migration Clause in Contracts

Migration. 1. The Parties shall promote dialogue on the policies in the area of migration, such as legal migration, irregular immigration, trafficking in persons, asylum and border management, including visas and travel document security, taking into account the socio-economic realities of migration. 2. The Parties shall enhance cooperation in order to prevent and control irregular immigration, including by ensuring the readmission of their nationals without undue delay and providing them with appropriate travel documents.
