Milestone 4. As soon as practicable after the Buyer announces to the ASX that Milestone 4 has been achieved, the Buyer must give written notice to the Sellers to that effect (Milestone 4 Notice), and the Milestone 4 Consideration will be payable in accordance with clause 7.12.
