Common use of Mineral Resources Clause in Contracts

Mineral Resources. The estimates of mineral resources and mineral reserves for various mineral properties in which Augusta or its subsidiaries hold an interest, as set forth in Augusta Public Disclosure Record, were prepared in all material respects in accordance with the Standards and Guidelines established by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and in accordance with all applicable Laws, including the requirements of NI 43-101. There has been no material change in the disclosure contained in the Technical Reports filed by or on behalf of Augusta on SEDAR since the date such Technical Reports were so filed, including no reduction in the amount of estimated mineral resources and reserves of Augusta and its subsidiaries, either in aggregate or by individual reserve or resource category, from the amounts set forth in Augusta Public Disclosure Record.
