Mini Competition Procedure. 6.1 The Contractor shall ensure that any hourly rates submitted in relation to a mini competition procedure shall be no higher than the maximum hourly rates in the Framework pricing schedule. However, nothing prevents the Contractor from improving on or discounting the stated framework maximum hourly rates for the purposes of a Call-Off Contract awarded via the mini competition procedure. 6.2 Hourly rates in Call-Off Contracts awarded via the mini competition procedure will be fixed for the duration of the Call-Off Contract and any subsequent extension to that Call-Off Contract.
