Common use of Minimum Account Balance Clause in Contracts

Minimum Account Balance. Client's managed Assets shall consist initially of cash and securities with a minimum asset value of no less than $40,000 unless ▇▇▇▇ Equity Management, in its sole discretion, agrees to accept Client's managed Account with a lesser value. Client may add cash to, or withdraw assets from, the Account. If the value of the Account falls below the minimum asset value, ▇▇▇▇ Equity Management may, but is not required, to terminate this Agreement for the management of Client's Account.
