Common use of Minimum Advertised Price Clause in Contracts

Minimum Advertised Price. Licensor shall establish a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) for all Licensed Products. The MAP may be adjusted by Licensor upon fifteen (15) days’ notice to Licensee. Licensee will not cause or permit Licensed Products to be advertised at a price below MAP. The MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the Licensed Products are actually sold or offered for sale to an End User, which remains in the discretion of the Licensee and/or Customer, subject to any pricing restrictions of local, state, and/or provincial law.
