Common use of Minimum Amount Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amount. Each request for: (i) a Base Rate Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000), increased by increments of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000); (ii) a Eurodollar Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), increased by increments of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000); and (iii) a Swing Loan shall be in an amount not less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000).

Minimum Amount. Each request for: (i) a Base Rate Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Five Hundred Thousand One Million Dollars ($500,0001,000,000), increased by increments of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000); (ii) a Eurodollar Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Two One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,000,0001,500,000), increased by increments of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,000,000500,000); and (iii) a Swing Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Two One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000100,000), increased by increments of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000).

Each request for: (i) a Base Rate Loan shall be in an amount of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), increased by increments of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000)) (provided, increased by increments of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000however, that a Base Rate Loan may be in an amount equal to the Total Commitment Amount minus the Revolving Credit Exposure); (ii) a Eurodollar Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Two Five Million Dollars ($2,000,0005,000,000), increased by increments of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000); and (iii) a Swing Loan shall be in an amount not less than Two Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000500,000).

Each request for: (i) a Base Rate Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Five Hundred Thousand One Million Dollars ($500,0001,000,000), increased by in increments of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000); provided that, during a Non-Transfer Period, there shall be no minimum amount for Base Rate Loans; (ii) a Eurodollar Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), increased by increments of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), increased in increments of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000); and (iii) a Swing Loan shall may be in an any amount not less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000)as may be agreed to by the Swing Line Lender.

Each request for: (i) a Base Rate Loan shall be in an amount of not less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000); and (ii) a Eurodollar Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000), increased by increments of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000); (ii) a Eurodollar Loan shall be in an amount of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), increased by increments of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000); and (iii) a Swing Loan shall be in an amount not less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000).
