Common use of Minimum Amounts and Maximum Number of Eurodollar Tranches Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amounts and Maximum Number of Eurodollar Tranches. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions, continuations and optional prepayments of Eurodollar Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, (a) after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $2,500,000 or a whole multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof and (b) no more than ten (10) Eurodollar Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time in respect of the Revolving Credit Loans, and no more than the maximum amount of Eurodollar tranches set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Amendment shall be outstanding at any one time in respect of the Term Loans, if any.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions, continuations and optional prepayments of Eurodollar Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, (a) after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $2,500,000 or a whole multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof and (b) no more than ten twelve (1012) Eurodollar Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time in respect of the Revolving Credit Loans, the Initial Term Loans made on the Initial Amendment Date and any Incremental Tranche B-1 Term Loans made hereunder, and no more than the maximum amount of Eurodollar tranches set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Amendment shall be outstanding at any one time in respect of the any Incremental Term Loans, if any.
