MINIMUM ANNUAL SALARY. (a) The minimum annual and equivalent fortnightly salaries payable to Principals will be as set out in Table 1 – Principals’ Salaries of Schedule AMonetary Rates. These rates incorporate minimum 3% increases as set out in Clause 15.1(a), in the event CSBB provides for a higher salary review increase these rates will be correspondingly adjusted. The fortnightly rates in the table have been calculated by multiplying the annual salary by 14 and dividing by 365, with the answer rounded to two decimal places. (b) A Principal’s minimum annual salary will be determined in accordance with the following: (i) the Enrolment Band in accordance with subclauses (ii) service as a Principal in a registered school.
MINIMUM ANNUAL SALARY. During each calendar year the Company shall pay the Executive base compensation in equal semi-monthly installments based upon the minimum annual salary for the Executive of $500,000, subject to annual review by the Board and which may be increased but not decreased by the Board on the basis of such review. The term "Minimum Annual Salary" as used in this Agreement shall include all increases granted by the Board.

MINIMUM ANNUAL SALARY. 12.1 Every player is entitled to receive from its club or Public Limited Sports company a minimum annual salary, whose guarantee is established according to their calculable age according to the following table: Calculable Age Minimum annual salary per season. Up to 19 years old €18.000 20-21 years old €30.000 22-23 years old €36.000 24-25 years old €48.000 26 or more years old €60.000 Players who participate from the start of the competition until the end shall be paid the full amount indicated as the minimum annual salary.
MINIMUM ANNUAL SALARY. In order for an employee to be counted toward the Full Time Job Requirement, GRANTEE must (i) pay up to six (6) employees a starting base wage of at least FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.000); and (ii) all remaining employees a starting annual base wage of at least SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($70,000.00), in each case exclusive of benefits, bonuses, overtime, shift differentials, and any other non-guaranteed wages (the “Minimum Annual Salary”) throughout the Term of the Agreement, to include the recapture period. For the purposes of payment of Grant Funds by GRANTOR as set forth in Section 3(B), such employee shall be counted towards GRANTEE’s Full Time Job Requirement number but shall not be eligible for disbursement of Grant Funds until GRANTEE confirms through the reporting obligations, that such employee is being paid at the Minimum Annual Salary.

  • Base Annual Salary “Base Annual Salary” means the greater of (1) the highest annual rate of base salary in effect for the Executive during the 12 month period immediately prior to a Change in Control or, (2) the annual rate of base salary in effect at the time Notice of Termination is given (or on the date employment is terminated if no Notice of Termination is required).

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Minimum Annual Royalty Beginning in the calendar year after the first occurrence of SALEs, and in each succeeding calendar year thereafter, LICENSEE will pay to REGENTS a minimum annual royalty of [Written amount] U.S. Dollars ($ Number) for the life of this AGREEMENT. This minimum annual royalty will be paid to REGENTS by February 28 of each year and will be credited against the earned royalty due and owing for the calendar year in which the minimum payment is made.

  • Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: 12.2 The minima defined in this Article shall apply to AAUP-represented adjuncts on a pro-rated basis proportional to their percent of full- time.

  • Minimum Annual Royalties Company shall pay to JHU minimum annual royalties as set forth in Exhibit A. These minimum annual royalties shall be due, without invoice from JHU, within thirty (30) days of each anniversary of the EFFECTIVE DATE beginning with the first anniversary. Running royalties and sublicense consideration accrued under Paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4, respectively, and paid to JHU during the one year period preceding an anniversary of the EFFECTIVE DATE shall be credited against the minimum annual royalties due on that anniversary date.
