Minimum Call Employees Other Than Trainees. Employees (other than Trainees) who are called to work shall receive a minimum eight (8) hours’ pay at the applicable hourly rate. If an employee works a schedule of four (4) days, with ten (10) hours straight time each day, such employee who is called for work shall receive a minimum of ten (10) hours’ pay at the applicable hourly rate. Employees who are called back to work on the same work day shall receive a minimum of eight (8) hours’ pay at the applicable overtime rate. All employees who are assigned to a USH show or special event occurring outside Universal Studios Hollywood, California, shall receive a minimum of six (6) hours’ pay at the applicable hourly rate.

  • Employee Grievance If an employee considers there has been a significant change to the job content of the position held, the employee may initiate a grievance by using Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure. If the issue is not resolved at this step, the Job Classification Review Procedure of Article 22.02(B) above shall be utilized.
