Common use of Minimum Contribution Amount Clause in Contracts

Minimum Contribution Amount. The Initial Contribution is contributed at the outset. Additional Contributions can be contributed at any time during the life of the Plan. The minimum amounts as shown in Table 5.1 for Initial Contribution and Additional Contribution must be paid, and there is no maximum amount of Contribution but we reserve the right to prescribe a limit. All payments must be made into our Holding Account opened with a custodian bank. We reserve the right to change the minimum Contribution amount from time to time to reflect the inflation and operation cost.
