MINIMUM COVERAGES AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY. Vendor shall at all times during the term of this Agreement maintain continuously, at its own expense, minimum insurance coverages and limits of liability as specified below: A. Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance, including: - Premises/Operations - Products/Completed Operations - Personal/Advertising Injury - Contractual - Independent Contractors - Stop Gap/Employers Liability with minimum limits of liability of $1,000,000 each occurrence combined single limit bodily injury and property damage (“CSL”), except: $1,000,000 Personal/Advertising Injury $1,000,000 each accident/disease/employee Stop Gap/Employer’s Liability B. Automobile Liability insurance, including coverage for owned, non-owned, leased or hired vehicles with a minimum limit of liability of $1,000,000 CSL. C. Worker’s Compensation for industrial injury to Vendor’s employees in accordance with the provisions of Title 51 of the Revised Code of Washington.
