MINIMUM COVERAGES AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY. Contractor shall at all times during the term of this Agreement maintain continuously, at its own expense, minimum insurance coverage’s and limits of liability as specified below: 39.1.1. Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance, including: Revised 10/12/2021 STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS • Premises/Operations • Products/Completed Operations • Personal/Advertising Injury • Contractual • Independent Contractors • Stop Gap/Employers Liability With minimum limits of liability of $1,000,000 each occurrence combined single limit bodily injury and property damage (“CSL”), except: • $1,000,000 Personal/Advertising Injury • $1,000,000 each/disease/employee Stop Gap/Employer’s Liability 39.1.2. Automobile Liability insurance, including coverage for owned, non-owned, leased or hired vehicles with a minimum limit of liability of $1,000,000 CSL. 39.1.3. Worker’s Compensation for industrial injury to Contractor’s employees in accordance with the provisions of Title 51 of the Revised Code of Washington.
