Common use of Minimum Denomination Clause in Contracts

Minimum Denomination. The Purchaser agrees that no Note (or any interest therein) may be sold, pledged or otherwise transferred in a denomination of less than $100,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
