Common use of Minimum Denomination Clause in Contracts

Minimum Denomination. Unless otherwise specified in the Series Supplement for a Series, each Security shall be issued in minimum denominations of $100,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof; provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Class E Certificates and one Note of each Class of a Series of Notes may be issued with such excess in integral multiples of $1.
