Minimum Eligible Unencumbered Properties. Prior to the Investment Grade Rating Date, the Unencumbered Asset Value will not be less than $250,000,000 and there will not be fewer than 25 Real Estate Assets that comprise the Unencumbered Asset Value, unless otherwise approved by the Requisite Lenders.
