Minimum Funding Threshold Clause Samples

The Minimum Funding Threshold clause sets a required minimum amount of funding that must be secured before a project or agreement can proceed. In practice, this means that if the specified funding level is not reached by a certain deadline, the parties are not obligated to continue with the project or may terminate the agreement without penalty. This clause ensures that all parties are protected from the risks associated with underfunded projects and helps prevent the commencement of work that lacks adequate financial support.
