Common use of Minimum Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Minimum Lease Term. The Minimum Lease Term, if any, (“Minimum Term”) shall be set forth in the Schedule A for each Item of Equipment and shall commence on the Scheduled Lease Commencement Date. If the Minimum Term is less than the Scheduled Lease Term, upon completion of the Minimum Term, the Lessee is deemed to have continued the Lease on a month-to-month basis, until completion of the Scheduled Lease Term unless the Lessee notifies the Lessor in writing thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Minimum Term that it desires to terminate the Lease.
