Minimum Notice Period. If, pursuant to applicable Laws, prior notice of any action described in Section 9.03 (Remedies) is required to be given to any Borrower, each Borrower hereby acknowledges that the minimum time required by such applicable Laws, or, if no minimum time is specified, ten (10) days shall be deemed a reasonable notice period.
