Minimum Numbers. 1. Minimum student enrollment of 38 pre-registered students by May 1st to maintain full time employment and program in the following schoolyear. 2. Minimum pre-registered enrollment of 20 students by May 1st of currentyear to maintain half time program in the following school year. 3. In support of expanding half time programs to full time programs, if a minimum of 38 students pre-register in a half time program by May 1 all students will be considered accepted. If there are a minimum of 38 students attending the half time program on the 4th day of school in September, the program shall be expanded to full time. A full-time employment contract (1.0 FTE) retroactive to September 1st shall then be issued to the instructor. If there are less than 38 students on the 4th day of school in September, class enrollment will be adjusted to a half time program (enrollment) by the Director. 4. The director may in his/her sole discretion choose to have a full or half time program even if the minimum number of pre-registered enrolled students by May 1st of the current year is lower than the established minimums.
