Minimum Qualification Standards (MQS. 1.5.1 The Consultant and their subconsultants are required to meet the Minimum Qualifications Standards (MQS) requirements of specified work categories as defined in the Iowa DOT’s Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM), Policy No. 300.04, at the time of contract execution, and for the duration of the contract. Work under this contract will require the consultant team to meet the requirements of Work Category [Insert all applicable work categories here]. The Company shall not be required to qualify this transaction under the securities laws of any jurisdiction and, should qualification be necessary, the Company shall be released from any and all obligations to maintain its offer, and may rescind any sale contracted, in the jurisdiction.
